Binod Kumar Panda is the Co-Founder and Director of Laurus Professional Services & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Previously, he was a Director, Enterprise Solution Group at Ingram Micro India, an IT Products Distributor. His prime focus was on creating & sustaining the value business including IT Storage, Compute, Networking, Audio Video and AIDC POS business. Prior to this, he was with Apara Enterprise Solutions and Wipro Infotech wherein he played Country Head and Regional Sales Manager/Product Management roles respectively and was instrumental in growing the IT Storage & Compute solutions to Enterprise Customers and Channel Partners. He was also instrumental in launching some of the leading Storage & Security vendors in India while with these companies.

Roger Cummings has been responsible for building worldwide sales and operational strategies for growing companies over the past 20 years.

Roger has extensive experience in developing business-to-business and channel development partnerships. He has had a strong track record of success with various go-to-market models targeting a wide range of customers.

Prior to joining InfoBright, Roger served as the VP of WW Sales Operations at Archivas where he grew revenues in the data archive market 120 percent in 2 years prior to its acquisition by Hitachi Data Systems. Prior to Archivas Roger was the Vice President of Sales for AppIQ, a leading storage resource management (SRM) and SAN management vendor, where he grew sales for 8 consecutive quarters and helped the company reach profitability leading up to its successful acquisition by HP. Prior to AppIQ, Roger was Vice President of Sales for TrelliSoft, a file classification vendor, where he played a significant role in the company’s successful acquisition by IBM. Before TrelliSoft, Previously, Roger held various sales management and business development positions at Platinum Technology, where he sold the company's full range of IT infrastructure management software solutions.

Roger holds Bachelor of Science degrees in marketing and management from Loras College.

He has comprehensive industry knowledge & experience of preemptive security measures, intrusion detection, vulnerability isolation, infosec analysis & integrated security management.

Swapnil is accredited CISSP - ISSAP, CEH, RHCE , CCSA, CFSA ,CIISA, & Risk Management designations specializing in information security domain & has an Executive MBA in Systems Management.
